The club first appeared in the late 1990s. It also appeared as Beaudesert Park Golf Club.

Haven Pastures Golf Club was situated one mile north of Henley-in-Arden. It was an 18-hole 6,377 yard par 73 private, parkland course with many water hazards, mature and newly planted trees it was designed by David Broadhurst. It had several demanding holes, the eighteenth particularly stood out.

Review of the course from Chris Arnold (professional) in 2003 - Having spent 30 years in the game as a PGA professional, I am delighted to have joined Haven Pastures as their first PGA Professional. The course is highly underrated as a challenge. There are some exceptional holes (1st, 5th, 8th, and 10th)as well as a few that need re-design. The views are among the best in the Midlands and I have never encountered such as friendly, informal club, with enthusiastic members and visitors. That said, the course needs quite a bit of work to bring it up to scratch, particularly the greens, but a programme is in operation that will reap rewards in the spring of 2004. If you want a truly relaxing, enjoyable game of golf and can be patient with the greens, this course will please every golfer that comes.
