Killearn Golf Club, Stirling.
In 1906 the secretary was Roger Sinclair, Benvue, Killearn. A 9 hole course laid out by Old Tom Morris. The amateur course record holder was R Sinclair with a score of 82. Visitors’ fees on introduction were 1/- a day, 2/6d a week, 5/- a month, ladies 2/- a week, 2/6d a month. The Station at Killearn was 1 mile away. Local hotel was the Black Bull.
Prior to WW1 the secretary was Jas Shearer, School House, Killearn. The club had a membership of 35. There was no entry fee. Subs for gents were £2/2/0 and ladies £1/1/0.
In April 1914 it was reported that the Killearn Bowling Club had purchased the clubhouse of the Killearn Golf Club.
The club disappeared in the 1920/30s.
