Opened in July 1999 an 18-hole 130 acre Parkland course (two loops of nine) of 6,276 yards, Par 71, greens designed to U.S.P.G.A standard. The signature hole was the par 3 17th, known as ‘Cresser’s Best’. The hole was over 200 yards and the slightly elevated green was surrounded by bunkers. It was announced by the owner and founder David Watson that the complex would be closing in April 2010. It was probable that the land would eventually be developed for housing, offices and schools etc.
