In an a later advert for sports facilities in the town, date to be confirmed, it mentions that golfer’s will find a hearty welcome at the Aviemore Golf Hotel nine-hole course located at the foot of the Craigellachie Rock. Visitors' fees at the time were; 2/6 a day, 10/- a week, 15/- a fortnight, 30/- a month, evening after 5, 2/-, lunch and golf 6/-.

Result of a mixed foursome played at Aviemore in June 1934; winners, J A P Watt and M MacLean; runners-up, Miss B Campbell and J Jenner.

The prizes won during the 1937 season were presented in September, as follows; Helen Fraser Cup, Mrs Balfour; Cowan Cup, A Fraser; Mixed Foursome winners, Mrs Balfour and G Anderson; runners-up, Mrs Anderson and G Russell; Scratch Prize, James Anderson and J Mutch.
