Tonyrefail and Gilfach Goch Golf Club, Rhondda. (1920/30s)

First appeared in the early 1920s.

In 1923 the joint secretaries were A Almond, 104 Mill Street, Tonyrefail and D Rowlands, 119 Abercerdin Road, Gilfan Goch. The professional and greenkeeper was Jas R Dailey. A 9-hole course. The station at Tonyrefail and Gilfan Goch was 1 mile away.

In 1928 the secretary was T Lewis, 23 Mill Street, Tonyrefail the professional and greenkeeper was R H Taylor. Visitors’ fees were 1/6 a day. Sunday play allowed.

Tonyrefail and Gilfach Goch Golf Club (then in Glamorganshire) had disappeared by 1930.
