Milbrook Golf Club closed in 2010 due to insolvency.

Review from 2006 - A fantastic golf course which is improving all the while, with great views of the countryside and nearby forest, very testing greens with many contours and tiers, big hitters will feel at home along with shot shapers, no waiting around in queues due to over excessive tee times crammed in together, a very enjoyable course I thought.

Review the following year - one word ...awful. Despite being described as being an inland links do not be fooled. Not played a worse course in years. Awful mossy greens, terrible tee conditions and poor course maintenance. Not one bunker in play! Need I say more.

It seems that after a promising start the course gradually deteriorated.
