West Herts Golf Club, Bushey Hall Course. (1890 – 1897)
The first nine-hole course was located at Bushey Hall. The club moved to its current location in 1897.

In October 1891 the West Herts professional, A Thom, created a new course record of 75 as follows – Out; 5,4,4,2,4,4,5,4,3 = 35; In; 4,5,4.5,3,4,5,5,5 = 40.

Result of the March 1897 monthly medal played at Bushey; Handicaps 12 and under – A Granville Bradley, 93-10-83; Handicaps over 12 – P B Coombe, 101-15-86. This was possibly the final medal played on the Bushey course.
