Washington Hotel Golf Course, Salhouse Road, Norwich. (1960s)
The course appeared in the 1960s.
The nine-hole course was laid out alongside the Washington Hotel. The golf course was set up by a Mr Oakey in 1960.
Well known local businessman Roy Dashwood purchased the Hotel and course in about 1964, it continued until the late 1960s.
