Severn Side Golf Club, Ironbridge. (1970 - 2016)
The course first appeared in the 1970s.
Severn Side golf course was part of the Ironbridge Power Station Sports and Social Club. Guests were allowed to play on the course with a member.
A nine-hole short but tight course laid out alongside the river and the now defunct Ironbridge Power Station.

The Ironbridge (Abbey) Social Club went up for sale in February 2015.
A sad day when items from the Ironbridge Power Station (Abbey) Sports and Social went under the hammer in October 2015. It was reported to have been one of the most popular social clubs in Shropshire.
The golf course closed in 2016. A much loved club and course that will be sadly missed.
