Hazelwood Golf Centre, Sunbury-on-Thames. (1993 – 2013)

The Golf Centre opened in July 1993.

The nine-hole course designed by Jonathan Gaunt opened on 23 April 1994.

The course closed in 2013. The land was to be used as a Rugby training facility.
