Adsdean House Golf Club, Chichester. (1925 - 1946)

From around 1925 to 1946 the house was occupied by Lord Louis Mountbatten who built a nine-hole course and polo field in the park.

The winner’s certificates below show that there was an Adsdean Golf Club in existence from at least 1927 to 1939. Mr C Coombe was particularly successful with the long driving competition.
