At the annual meeting in October 1894 the balance sheet showed that the income was £46/4s/3d and the expenditure £46/15s/6d, a deficit of 11s/3d. The following officers were elected; president, A L Francis; secretary, Colonel Todd; treasurer, R S Owen; committee - Colonel Gardner, S H Fisher, A Mackenzie-Ashton, M L Banks.

From the 1905 Nisbet's Golf Yearbook; Station at Tiverton 5 minutes; Hon. secretary - G S Alett, M.B., Milverton Lodge, Tiverton; Entrance fee 10s/6d and subs £1/1s; Nine-holes; Terms for visitors, 1s a day, 3s a week, 10s a month. Local hotels; "Palmerston, "  and "Angel." 

In 1914 the secretary was George Stratton Aslett MB MS, Milverton Lodge, Tiverton. A 9 hole course of 1,570yds a bogey of 35 and a membership of 35. Entry fee was 10/6 and subs £1/1/0. Visitors’ fees were 1/- a day, 3/- a week and 10/- a month. Sunday play was not allowed. The railway station was 5 minutes away.
