In the Nisbet's Golf Yearbook 1914 the secretary was A T Wilson. A 9-hole course with a membership of 24. Subs for gents were £3/3/0, ladies £2/2/0 other grades paid £1/1/0. Visitors were only allowed on introduction. There were stations at Medstead 4 ½ miles and Basingstoke 7 miles away.
