Thoulstone Park Golf Club, Chapmanslade, Wiltshire. (1991 - 2002) 

Founded 1991. 

An 18-hole parkland course with trees and lakes designed by M R M Sandow. The course measured 6300 yards with a par and SSS of 70. There was also a 20 bay floodlit driving range. The clubhouse had catering and conference facilities. Visitors were welcome weekdays and weekends after 11.30am, green fees’ were £18.00 during the week and £24 on Saturday and Sunday. The professional was Tony Isaacs and the secretary /manager Jean Pearce. At its prime the club had a membership of 400.

In 2012 it was reported that the course, which had been unused for 10 years, had gained planning permission for a hotel, spa, gym, treatment room and function facilities, with the proviso that the course was restored.

There was a strong protest by members when the course closed in 2002.
