The Highworth Golf Centre continued to be listed in the Golfer’s Handbook throughout the 2000s.
Thanks to Richard Anderson for the following - “This was a 9-hole pay and play facility located south of Highworth off the A361. The contractor suddenly withdrew in December and they clearly have no intention of reopening. The course was founded as the Highworth Community Golf Centre by Thamesdown Borough Council in 1990.”
