Turvey Hotel and Golf Club was eventually established in 1995 in the shadow of the historic Turvey House. The 18 hole par 72 measured 5,824 yards on the gents yellow tees, 6,071 yards blue tees and 5,407 yards on the red tees. The tree lined parkland course, with its magnificent oaks and beeches, water hazards provided a true test for all levels of golfer. Facilities included; Bar and Restaurant, Practice Area, Putting Green, Locker Room and Show Facilities.
Turvey Golf & Country Club also provided accommodation and golfing breaks, the Hotel consisted of a modern 12 bedrooms, Bar & Restaurant, two Function / Conference rooms, suitable for birthday celebrations, weddings, christenings ,conferences, and club meeting. It was located near Donabate village, just off the M1 and N1, and was less than 10 minutes from Dublin Airport, and three miles from Swords.

It was reported in March 2011 that Turvey Golf and Country Club was to be offered for sale at agricultural land prices.
