First appeared with a Driving Range in 1992.

The nine-hole parkland golf course was to be opened in Spring 1994.

The annual meeting was held in March 1995, the following officers were elected; President, Canon James Neville; Captain, Dermot Walsh; Treasurer, John Fitzpatrick; Secretary, Tony Drummond; Competition Secretary, Gerard Harnett; Committee – Eugene O’Dwyer, Pat Harnett.

Result of the President’s Prize competition played in June 1995; Paddy McSweeney, 38 points; Sean Twomey, runner-up. 

From the 1998 Golfer’s Handbook; Founded 1993; Membership, 85; Manager, M O’Riordan; Professional, D Power; 9-holes, 4,004 yards, Par 62, SSS 61; Visitors fees, £6.

Competition result from April 1998; T O’Connor (19), 53; J Fitzgerald (19), 57.

The final of the club matchplay competition was played in July 2004. It was won by Mike Brosnihan who defeated club captain, Thomas O’Hanlon.

 It was reported in November 2006 that it was planned to form a Ladies club.

 It continued to be listed in the Golfer’s Handbook until closure in September 2012.
