Killearn Golf Club, Stirling. (1896 - WW1)
Founded in 1896.
From the Dundee Courier Thursday 9 July 1896 - "GOLF - Killearn - Colonel Blackburn has given his consent to the proposed golf course, and at a meeting held on Tuesday night it was agreed that as soon as arrangements were completed with the farmer, the club engage Tom Morris, St Andrews, to lay out the course."

In 1906 the secretary was Roger Sinclair, Benvue, Killearn. A 9-hole course laid out by Old Tom Morris. The amateur course record holder was R Sinclair with a score of 82. Visitors’ fees on introduction were 1/- a day, 2/6d a week, 5/- a month, ladies 2/- a week, 2/6d a month. The Station at Killearn was 1 mile away. Local hotel was the Black Bull.

Prior to WW1 the secretary was Jas Shearer, School House, Killearn. The club had a membership of 35. There was no entry fee. Subs for gents were £2/2/0 and ladies £1/1/0.
