Inchmarlo Golf Club (Laird’s Course), Aberdeenshire. (1994 - 2013)
The 18-hole Laird’s course has now closed but the nine-hole Queens course is still open.
The Inchmarlo complex featured an extensive range of amenities including the 18-hole Lairds course, which was opened by Open champion Paul Lawrie in 1994, a nine-hole course, driving range, restaurant and luxury self-catering villa accommodation.
It was announced in February 2013 that 25 of the 30 staff would lose their jobs after the luxury resort, near Banchory, was placed in provisional liquidation.
