From 1935 to 1940 the secretary was H Crombie and the green-keeper T Telfer. A 9-hole course with a membership of 30. Visitors’ fees were 6d a round, 1/- a day and 5/- a month. Sunday play was not allowed. The nearest station was at Maybole 7 miles away.
Straiton Golf Club did not appear after WW2.
