Muskau Private Golf Course. (1920/30s)
Adolf Count von Arnim (1875-1931), the owner of Muskau, was not only a well-known horse breeder but also a keen golfer.
In 1928 he asked his park director, Rudolf Lauche, to clean up the arboretum in order to lay out a nine-hole golf course in the area called the systematic department. This area today lies in Poland. It is not known the date when the golf course actually closed or if there is any evidence of it nowadays.
