Below is an advert for the proposed 36-hole golf complex designed by Peter Alliss and David Thomas in 1974.
Malcolm Gregson was the touring professional attached to Almaina Park.

Both courses did open and operated from an old finca serving as a temporary clubhouse. No permanent clubhouse or any other aspects of the development where ever completed as the developers suffered due to the oil crisis.
The development eventually closed at some point in 1975.
