Gelliwastad Golf Club, Clydach, Swansea Valley, Glamorgan. (1909 - WW1)

Founded in 1909.

In the Welsh Professional Championship at Royal Porthcawl in September 1912 W Coombes, the Gelliwastad professional, had scores of 93 and 90 = 183. 

In 1914 the secretary was J H Davies, Richmond Villa, Clydach, Swansea Valley. The professional was W Coombes. A 9-hole course with a membership of 75. Entry fees were £1/1/0 and subs £1/5/0. Visitors’ fees were 1/- a day. Sunday play was not allowed. The railway station at Clydach-on-Tawe was 1 ¼ miles away.
